Intensity: Significant. The AI pressure system is one of the most powerful organizational weather events in recent memory. It is affecting all sectors simultaneously, which is unusual and increases its overall impact.
Duration: Extended. Unlike previous technology weather events, the AI system shows no signs of dissipating in the near term. Residents should prepare for sustained conditions.
Associated phenomena: The AI system is accompanied by several secondary phenomena: the AI Strategy Document (a document that describes how the organization will use AI, often before the organization has decided how it will use AI), the AI Working Group (a committee formed to study AI, which will produce a report recommending the formation of a more permanent committee), and the AI Pilot (a small-scale test of an AI tool that will be described as transformational regardless of its results).
Impact assessment

Jargon: New AI-specific vocabulary will enter the organizational lexicon. Some of it will be useful. Some will be buzzwords. The distinction will become clearer over time.

Ask specific questions. "What specifically does the AI do in this context?" is the most effective protective measure against AI weather conditions. Specific answers indicate genuine substance. Vague answers indicate weather.
Forecast confidence: Very high. The AI pressure system is well-established and its patterns are consistent with previous technology weather events, adjusted for the specific characteristics of AI.
